These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taqwa mobile application (“App”), operated by Nagorik Technologies Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the services or assist anyone in doing so. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

You agree:

• Not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
• Not to upload, post, or share content that is offensive, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
• To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• To notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content available on the App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Nagorik Technologies Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Payment details are processed through third-party providers such as bKash. By subscribing, you authorize us and our partners to charge your account according to the selected plan. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments made through bKash or any integrated third-party service are subject to their respective refund policies. The Company does not offer refunds for premium features unless required by law or in case of technical issues preventing service use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nagorik Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or service interruptions.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in that policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী (“শর্তাবলী”) তাওক্বা মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন (“অ্যাপ”) ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী নির্ধারণ করে, যা নাগরিক টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড (“কোম্পানি”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের” বা “আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান”) দ্বারা পরিচালিত। আপনি অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

এই অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত এবং অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য নির্ধারিত। আপনি আমাদের সেবার অপব্যবহার করবেন না বা অন্য কাউকে সেটি করতে সহায়তা করবেন না। অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার ন্যূনতম ১৩ বছর বয়স হতে হবে।

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন:

• অ্যাপটি অবৈধ আন বা নিষিদ্ধ কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
• এমন কোনো কনটেন্ট আপলোড, পোস্ট বা শেয়ার করবেন না যা আপত্তিকর, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে।
• আপনার লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখবেন।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের বিষয়ে আমাদের অবহিত করবেন।

অ্যাপে বিদ্যমান সকল কনটেন্ট যেমন লেখা, ছবি, অডিও, ভিডিও, গ্রাফিক্স এবং সফটওয়্যার নাগরিক টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড অথবা তার লাইসেন্সদাতার মেধাস্বত্বের অন্তর্ভুক্ত। এসব কনটেন্ট অননুমোদিতভাবে কপি, পরিবর্তন, বিতরণ বা রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

অ্যাপের কিছু ফিচার ব্যবহারের জন্য অর্থপ্রদানের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। পেমেন্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষ যেমন bKash এর মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। সাবস্ক্রিপশন গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের ও আমাদের পার্টনারদের নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চার্জ করার অনুমতি দিচ্ছেন। সকল সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি আইনত প্রয়োজন না হলে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। কিছু সাবস্ক্রিপশন স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নবায়ন হতে পারে যদি না আপনি নবায়নের পূর্বে তা বাতিল করেন।

bKash বা অন্য যে কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে প্রদানকৃত পেমেন্ট তাদের নিজস্ব রিফান্ড নীতির আওতাধীন। কোম্পানি শুধুমাত্র আইনি প্রয়োজনীয়তা বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে পরিষেবা ব্যবহার ব্যর্থ হলে রিফান্ড প্রদান করতে পারে।

আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন বা প্রতারণামূলক, অপব্যবহারমূলক বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হন, তাহলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাক্সেস পূর্ব সতর্কতা ছাড়াই স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে, নাগরিক টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, যেমন তথ্য হারানো, ডিভাইস সমস্যা বা সেবা বন্ধ থাকা।

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করি তা আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে বর্ণিত আছে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে আপনি আমাদের নীতিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

আমরা যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তন অ্যাপে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে, আপনি পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধের নিষ্পত্তি শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশের আদালতে করা হবে।
